We recently delivered a new transformer to Shermco Industries’ Swan River substation in Manitoba, Canada. This 15/20 MVA, 66/24.94 kV power distribution unit was built at our Roanoke facility and designed with a 60-year lifespan to help provide dependable power for decades to come.

Founded in 1974, Shermco Industries is North America’s largest and fastest-growing electrical testing organization accredited by the InterNational Electrical Testing Association, with more than 40 locations across the United States and Canada. Their Canadian division is based in Regina, Saskatchewan, with service centers in Calgary, Edmonton, Saskatoon and Winnipeg.
