A nice news story on the first of two power transformers we’re delivering to First Energy to service the suburban Cleveland, Ohio communities of Lakewood and West Park, Ohio aired recently on WEWS-TV. The Roanoke plant was instrumental in crafting and expediting shipment of these vital units.

Members of the community have had challenges with outages and First Energy came to the rescue and turned to Virginia Transformer to help in the form of two new transformers to bring long-term reliability to their customer base in short order. As WEWS-TV called it, “Keeping the Lights On!”
