Since 2021, June 23rd has been officially recognized as Virginia Transformer Corporation Day! This designation honors our ongoing commitment to manufacturing excellence, innovation, community impact, and delivering for our customers.
On this day we reflect on our 50+ years of history, starting as a single plant developing transformers for the Appalachian mining industry to becoming the largest U.S.-owned transformer manufacturer in North America, serving practically every market with the widest product offering.
