Manager – AE | Marketing | Field Service Sales
This position will report to Director – AE | Marketing | Field Service Sales and will be responsible for supporting the execution of responsibilities, routines and processes of Application Engineering (AE), Contracts, Marketing, Field Service Sales – to meet Revenue and Profit targets of VT-GT Business Plan
- Monitor and ensure on-time delivery of costing, pricing reviews and proposals
- Monitor incoming inquiries and ensure all inquiries meeting the criterion go through Engineering Quote Design and Pre-Quote review with CTO
- Track, update Liquidated Damages (LD) dashboard and escalate risks early
- Support online Inquiry generation through email campaigns on VT-GT technical leadership (white papers, articles) and segment-specific value propositions
- Support organization of monthly customer webinars on transformer technology advancements utilizing technical expertise within the organization
- Organize Virtual ‘Lunch & Learn’ sessions and Road Shows
- Support Field Service inquiry generation for parts and paid services including email campaigns, calling programs, rebate incentives and utilizing Reps for commission-based sales
- Drive Social network visibility of VT-GT through LinkedIn posts, online magazine articles etc.
- Support execution of trade shows, events and conferences for the markets
- Maintain and publish weekly KPI’s of AE, Marketing and Field Service Sales
Bachelors Degree. MBA preferred.
- 20 years’ experience in General Management/ Commercial roles
