Field Service Sale Assistant

The candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of marketing skills with a background in digital social media – marketing skills. years of progressive experience – Experience in selling and business development of Electric Power equipment/ systems After-Sale Services and Parts. The experience will include developing new customer accounts, providing effective quotations and all required information and follow up to secure orders on:

• Annual Maintenance Contracts for customer’s Transformer installed base (both VTC and Competitors)
• Life Extension Services
• Annual and Ten-Year Maintenance Tune – Ups
• Comprehensive Field Testing and Repair Services
• Spare Parts

For customer installed base of Virginia Transformer’s VCM Diagnostics and Monitoring systems the Field Service Sales Associate will look for service opportunities to provide recommendations/ corrective actions based on the VCM data; remote monitoring services and selling upgrades to older VCM systems

Competencies

• Experienced in Industrial Aftermarket business including sales and business development
• Good knowledge of major Power systems equipment applications and associated maintenance, testing and repair services is preferable
• Strong inter-personal communication and negotiating skills
• Strong Customer Focus
• Practical understanding of value-based selling and pricing
• Ability to manage through influence
