Renewable energy is a strategic focus
for Virginia Transformer Corp. Nationally,
ethanol plant growth doubled the number of
facilities under construction for 2006 compared to
2005. Virginia Transformer Corp's engineering
team specializes in the design and production of
power transformers for ethanol plants and working
with Perennial Public Power located in York,
Nebraska, enabled VTC to emphasize that focus.
Each ethanol plant will produce
approximately 100 million gallons of ethanol
annually and 320,000 of distilled grains (by-product
for animal feed). Whether working with the
utility company or with the ethanol producer, the
VTC design and engineering team will work to insure
all of your specifications are met.
