Sales Administration Manager
We are seeking an energetic manager with professional and leadership experience, as a manager of dynamic people who were selling to the industrial capital goods markets and engineering consulting firms. The candidate must have strong hands-on, process management skills. They must possess excellent managerial and leadership skills. Along with supervising a staff of 20, this position will oversee the administration of proposals, sales rep management, new customer development techniques, and assure the complete administration of the process. This is a high level position leading to future growth opportunities within the Company for the right individual that highly values success and achieving results quickly. Some travel will be required. This is a management position—not a selling function. Salary is base plus incentive bonus for performance. Our markets cover all of North America and many other American and Eastern foreign countries.
The person in this position will oversee the sales activities for all plants and will report to the VP of Sales.
We are looking for candidates that have a stable work history with a strong work ethic to achieve goals in a high growth environment. The successful candidate will be hands-on and have a technical degree with a minimum of 10-15 years experience in sales management in a medium to heavy manufacturing environment. A technical background in electrical or mechanical engineering is strongly desired. Attractive compensation package of salary and benefits will be offered to qualified candidates.
